What Does This Service Include?
The process begins with a full consultation covering all the documentation required for civil, religious, and multicultural ceremonies. From there, we design the entire wedding, defining every detail to ensure everything is cohesive and aligned with your tastes and preferences.
We put together an estimated budget that serves as a financial reference and helps prioritize what matters most. We guide you through the search and selection of all necessary vendors, handpicking the best professionals in each category to match your vision and budget. We negotiate on your behalf from the moment contracts are signed to secure the best possible agreements.
We collaborate with venues and decorators to create the Wedding Map, a visual document that shows the layout and flow of every space involved in the celebration. We also develop the Wedding Master Plan, a comprehensive roadmap covering every task leading up to the wedding day, which we actively track to make sure everything stays on course.
On your wedding day, you will have a minimum of two wedding planners on site managing vendor payments, overseeing their work, coordinating with key guests, and carrying an emergency kit for any minor issues that may arise. We handle every unexpected situation so that all you have to worry about is enjoying every moment.
Day-of Wedding Coordination
If you already have everything planned and in place but want the peace of mind of knowing the day will run flawlessly, this is the service for you. We take care of coordinating all your vendors throughout the day so that everything fits together seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine, without you having to step in for a single thing.
How Does It Work?
About four to six weeks before the wedding, we hold an in-depth meeting where you walk us through every detail of the celebration and share the contact information for all your booked vendors. From that point on, we take it from there.
On the wedding day, we make sure every agreement with your vendors is honored, we assess their work on site to ensure it meets the standards you have set, and we keep everything running on your timeline from start to finish. We handle every unexpected situation before it can affect the outcome and take all the pressure off your shoulders, including looking after guests if anything urgent comes up.
The result is that you get to fully disconnect and experience your wedding exactly the way you always imagined it, without a single worry and without having to think about anything other than enjoying every moment.
